About Ladislav Cicoň

Ladislav is a father of three and QA Chapter lead at Wandera where he has been helping to tackle challenges of testing cloud product(s) for the last 6 years. As they have evolved a lot he moved the organisation from separate testing team to testing specialist in teams. He navigated transition towards manual regression being replaced by test automation and lately leading the Test Automation team as a service team. He is always happy to experiment with new things and introduce them to teams.

Fun fact: He can talk about specialty coffee for a long time but still leave people to put milk into filtered coffee.

Understanding the quality culture of a team is essential in understanding where we (team) need to improve in terms of quality outcome. In this talk, we will look into how to map the quality culture and what we have learnt about our culture in Wandera.
