About Lenka Hlinková

Lenka is a Founder and Managing Director of Algoritmus; a software development & recruitment agency.
She is the author of the first Slovak book encouraging women to study and work in Tech called Female Algorithm, which was followed by setting up a non-profit organisation with the same name.
In 2019, she became the national leader of the global initiative LEAN IN founded by Sheryl Sandberg. With her team they share awareness of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. 
Lenka’s journey in Tech started by co-founding an e-commerce startup based on affiliate marketing. That was followed by 12 years experience working in Tech managing software development projects for prestigious international clients, based in Slovakia and 2 years in London. She has a passion for technology and has been facilitating public workshops on Online Security as a Google Certified Trainer for 3 years.
