Terms & Conditions - Speaker Promo Codes
These Terms & Conditions apply to the speaker promotional discount code (“Promo Code”) distributed by event speakers for promotional purposes.
Validity
The Promo Code is valid until 30 June 2026 (inclusive). After this date, the Promo Code will expire and can no longer be used.
Ticket Allocation
Each speaker Promo Code is limited to a maximum of 20 tickets per speaker. Once this limit is reached, the Promo Code will automatically become inactive, regardless of the expiry date.
Eligible products
The Promo Code is valid exclusively for the following ticket types:
- Ultimate Pass – Workshop (25 November) & Conference Day (26 November)
- Pro Pass – Workshop (25 November) & Conference Day (26 November)
Discount conditions
- The Promo Code provides a discount of 5.6% on the eligible ticket types.
- The Promo Code cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotional codes.
- The Promo Code is valid only for the ticket types listed above and cannot be applied to other products, upgrades, or services.
- The Promo Code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other compensation.
Usage Rights
The Promo Code is intended solely for distribution by speakers to their professional networks. The organizer reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or invalidate any use of the Promo Code in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Amendments
The organizer reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
