The Half Day Combo Ticket provides a great way to experience Testing United with a mix of focused learning and conference sessions. On the first day, this ticket gives you access to one half-day workshop of your choice — either in the morning or in the afternoon. You can browse the available workshops on our Program page. In the evening, you are invited to join our networking event, held at the same venue as the conference. On the second day, you will enjoy full access to the conference, including all keynote talks and track sessions. After the event, you’ll also receive presentation materials from speakers who have agreed to share their slides.

The Conference Only Ticket provides you with a comprehensive conference experience, minus the workshop selection. You’ll have full access to all keynote and track speeches, and we’ll send you all the presentations from our speakers after the conference.

You will receive detailed information about your selected workshop — including schedule, room details, and any preparation requirements — on October 31. Please keep an eye on your email inbox around that date, as all workshop-related updates will be sent directly to the address you used during registration.

Upon purchasing your ticket, you will automatically receive a proforma invoice. A billing invoice will be issued once your payment is processed. If you do not receive an invoice, please contact us at info@testingunited.com.

You will receive your conference ticket no later than two weeks before the start of the conference. Please check your email inbox (and spam folder) around that time for your ticket and entry details.

If you’ve accidentally booked the wrong workshop, please contact us at info@testingunited.com to request a change. Please note that workshops fill up quickly, so changes might not always be possible depending on availability.

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another person free of charge. The latest date for name changes is November 6, 2025. If you’re unable to attend, please email us at info@testingunited.com to arrange the transfer.

We currently accept bank transfer as the payment method for all ticket purchases.

Once you receive confirmation of your ticket purchase, you’ll have 7 days to complete the payment of your invoice.

The Testing United conference, including all workshops, will be held entirely in English. There will be no translation or interpretation services provided.

Getting a group discount is simple — just purchase five or more tickets in total. Group discounts apply only to Combo Tickets (Full Day or Half Day). You can mix and match ticket types, as long as your total purchase includes at least five tickets.

Example: 2 × GROUP – Half Day Combo Ticket + 3 × GROUP – Full Day Combo Ticket.
