How Testing United Works
To help you choose the right ticket, here is a quick overview of our 2-day structure. You can attend both days or just one, depending on your goals.
Day 1: Workshops
Nov 25, 2026Day 1 is completely dedicated to hands-on learning. There are no standard presentations on this day—only deep-dive, interactive training sessions with experts.
- Choose one Full-Day workshop (8 hours) or two Half-Day workshops (4 hours each).
- Learn practical skills, frameworks, and tools in a small group setting.
- Evening: Official Networking Event (Party, drinks, and discussions with speakers and peers).
Day 2: Conference
Nov 26, 2026Day 2 is the Main Conference Day. This is where the entire community gathers in the main halls for inspiring talks and case studies.
- Inspirational Keynotes from global QA leaders.
- Multiple tracks of 45-minute expert presentations.
- Expo area, sponsor booths, and continuous networking between sessions.
Understanding the Ticket Types
Based on the structure above, we have divided our tickets into 3 main categories. Find the one that matches your schedule.
1. The Full Experience (2 Days)
These passes give you access to absolutely everything. You will participate in the hands-on workshops on Day 1, join the evening networking party, and get full access to all inspiring conference talks on Day 2.
The difference? The Ultimate Pass gives you a full day of workshops (8 hours of training). The Pro Pass gives you a half-day workshop (4 hours of training), freeing up your other half of the day.
2. Just the Workshops (Day 1)
Strictly looking to upskill? If you only have one day and want practical, hands-on training without attending the main conference talks, these tickets are for you. You will get access to full-day or half-day workshops on November 25.
The difference? You can choose a ticket that includes the Evening Networking Event, allowing you to stay after the workshops to chat and drink with the trainers and other attendees, or just the pure workshop ticket.
3. Just the Conference (Day 2)
Can't make it to the training day? No problem. The Essential passes grant you access to the Main Conference on November 26, where you can enjoy all the keynotes, expert presentations, and expo activities.
The difference? We highly recommend the Essential Pass & Networking—this allows you to arrive in Copenhagen on the evening of Day 1 (Nov 25) to join the welcome party and start networking before the conference even begins!

Testing United Conference 2026 offers six ticket options:

The right ticket depends on whether you want to attend the workshops on November 25, the main conference day on November 26, the evening networking event, or the complete two-day experience.

How much do Testing United Conference 2026 tickets cost?
Current ticket prices are:
- Ultimate Pass: €1,161 excluding VAT
- Pro Pass: €981 excluding VAT
- Workshop Ticket & Networking Event: €666 excluding VAT
- Workshop Ticket: €555 excluding VAT
- Essential Pass & Networking Event: €666 excluding VAT

Are Testing United ticket prices shown with or without VAT?
Testing United Conference ticket prices are displayed excluding VAT.
The applicable VAT and final amount will be calculated and shown before you complete your purchase through Eventora.

During the registration process, you can select your preferred ticket type and provide the necessary attendee, company and billing information.
Which Testing United ticket should I choose?
Choose the Ultimate Pass for the complete two-day conference experience, including workshops, the main conference day and the networking event.
Choose the Pro Pass if you want to attend one half-day workshop, the main conference day and the networking event.
Choose a Workshop Ticket if you only want to participate in workshops on November 25.
Choose an Essential Pass if you only want to attend the main conference day on November 26.
Tickets with “Networking Event” in their name also include access to the evening networking event on November 25.
Once you have selected the most suitable option, you can order your ticket through Eventora.
What is included in the Ultimate Pass?
The Ultimate Pass provides the complete Testing United Conference 2026 experience. It includes:
- One full-day workshop or two half-day workshops on November 25
- Access to the main conference day on November 26
- Access to the evening networking event on November 25
- Full-day catering on both conference days
- Catering during the networking event
- Conference presentations
- Workshop materials
- Conference bag

What is the difference between the Ultimate Pass and the Pro Pass?
The main difference is the amount of workshop access.
The Ultimate Pass includes either one full-day workshop or two half-day workshops. The Pro Pass includes one half-day workshop in the morning or afternoon.
Both passes include access to the main conference day, the evening networking event, catering, conference presentations, workshop materials and a conference bag.
Both ticket types can be ordered through Eventora.
Can I attend only the main conference day?
Yes. The Essential Pass gives you access to the main Testing United Conference day on November 26, 2026.
It includes full-day catering, conference presentations and a conference bag. Workshops on November 25 are not included.
You can also choose the Essential Pass & Networking Event if you would like to attend the evening networking event on November 25.
Both options are available through Eventora.
Can I attend only the workshops?
Yes. The Workshop Ticket includes access to either one full-day workshop or two half-day workshops on November 25, 2026.
The ticket also includes full-day catering, workshop materials and a conference bag. It does not include the main conference day on November 26.
You can select and order your preferred workshop ticket through Eventora.
Can I attend the networking event without attending a workshop?
Yes. The Essential Pass & Networking Event includes access to the evening networking event on November 25 and the main conference day on November 26.
It does not include workshop access.
This ticket can be ordered through the official Eventora registration page.
Which tickets include the evening networking event?
The following Testing United tickets include access to the evening networking event on November 25:
- Ultimate Pass
- Pro Pass
- Workshop Ticket & Networking Event
- Essential Pass & Networking Event
The standard Workshop Ticket and Essential Pass do not include the networking event.
All ticket options are available through Eventora.
Can I attend two half-day workshops?
Yes. The Ultimate Pass, Workshop Ticket and Workshop Ticket & Networking Event allow you to select either:
- One full-day workshop, or
- Two half-day workshops: one in the morning and one in the afternoon
The Pro Pass includes one half-day workshop only.
Workshop capacity may be limited, so we recommend ordering your ticket through Eventora as early as possible.
Is catering included in the ticket price?
Yes. Catering is included according to the days covered by your ticket.
Workshop tickets include catering on November 25, while conference tickets include catering on November 26. The Ultimate Pass and Pro Pass include full-day catering on both days.
Tickets that include the networking event also include catering during the evening event.
Are conference presentations and workshop materials included?
Tickets that include the main conference day provide access to the available conference presentations.
Tickets that include workshop access also provide the relevant workshop materials. Please note that some materials may only be shared with participants of the respective session.
Are group discounts available for Testing United tickets?
Yes. Testing United offers group discounts for companies and teams purchasing five or more tickets:
- 5–9 tickets: 5% group discount
- 10 or more tickets: 10% group discount
Different ticket types may be combined within one group order.
How can I request a group ticket offer?
Send the expected number of attendees and your preferred ticket types to:

The Testing United team will prepare a personalized group price offer. Different ticket types can be included in the same order.
After the offer has been confirmed, the registration and ticket order will be completed through Eventora.
Can a company purchase tickets for multiple employees?
Yes. Companies can purchase Testing United tickets for several employees.
Please enter the correct company name, billing address, VAT number and other invoicing information during the registration process on Eventora.

Can I receive an invoice for my ticket purchase?
Yes. Please provide the correct personal or company billing details when ordering your ticket through Eventora.
For invoice corrections, special billing requirements or company orders, contact tickets@testingunited.com.
How will I receive my Testing United ticket?
After completing your registration and payment through Eventora, you will receive a registration confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Your official conference ticket will be sent to you by email before Testing United Conference 2026.
Please make sure that the email address entered during registration is correct and check your spam or junk folder if necessary.

Can I request an invitation letter for a visa application?
Yes. Testing United can provide an official invitation letter to registered attendees who require one for a visa application or travel arrangements.
An invitation letter can only be issued after the attendee’s ticket has been ordered through Eventora and fully paid.
After completing the payment, please contact tickets@testingunited.com and provide your registration details together with the personal information required for the invitation letter.
Please note that the invitation letter does not guarantee that a visa will be approved. The visa application and all related costs remain the responsibility of the attendee.
Can I receive an invitation letter before purchasing a ticket?
No. An official invitation letter can only be issued after the Testing United Conference ticket has been ordered and fully paid.

After payment has been completed, contact tickets@testingunited.com to request the invitation letter.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes. If you are unable to attend Testing United Conference 2026, your ticket can be transferred to another person.
To request a name change, contact tickets@testingunited.com and provide the original attendee’s details together with the new attendee’s information.
The change must be requested before the conference begins so that the registration and conference ticket can be updated.
Can I transfer my ticket to another Testing United edition?
Yes. A ticket may be transferred to another edition of Testing United.
If the selected ticket for the future edition costs more than the amount originally paid, the ticket holder must pay the price difference.
Please contact tickets@testingunited.com to arrange the transfer.
What is the Testing United ticket cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made on or after July 28, 2026 are non-refundable, including cases of non-attendance.
If you can no longer attend, you may still transfer your ticket to another person or request a transfer to another Testing United edition.
For cancellations submitted before July 28, 2026, contact tickets@testingunited.com for assistance.
Are there any cancellation penalties?
Cancellations made on or after July 28, 2026 are non-refundable. This means the ticket price will not be refunded, including in cases of non-attendance.
However, the ticket may still be transferred to another person or another Testing United edition. If the future ticket is more expensive, the price difference must be paid.
What happens if I cannot attend the conference?
If you can no longer attend, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague or another attendee.
You may also request to move the ticket to another Testing United edition. If the ticket for the future edition is more expensive, you will need to pay the price difference.
Please contact tickets@testingunited.com as soon as possible so that the registration and ticket details can be updated.
Are travel and accommodation included in the ticket price?
No. Travel to Copenhagen, accommodation, visa fees and other personal travel expenses are not included in the Testing United Conference ticket price.
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation, accommodation and visa application.
Registered attendees who require an invitation letter may request one after their ticket has been ordered and fully paid.
